Weekly Rates from £343 low season to £665 peak season

Clematis Cottage has changeover days on a Monday and Friday for either weekly or short break stays. Please see the calendar for availability and prices for your selected stay. Short breaks: these are either Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday.
Children are most welcome and you can bring your dog on holiday too!

Prices and Availability

Included in the price you pay:

Use of all the facilities
All heating and hot water
Towels and bed linen
Complimentary toiletries
Household items, including washing up liquid, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, washing up cloths, cleaning materials and access to basic store cupboard ingredients

Welcome pack includes milk, home baked goods, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and complementary bottle of wine or soft drink.

If you would like supplies of food delivered by your supermarket for your stay, let us know and we would be more than happy to take the delivery in for you on the day of your arrival between the 12 Noon and 2pm

Booking your stay

Please press 'book now' to firm up your stay and read our terms and conditions of hire. Note: When you submit a booking via our online reservation system you will receive an automatically generated booking summary by email to the email address you provide in the booking form. This does not form a contract between us. A contract shall only arise when your booking is subsequently confirmed in writing via a letter of confirmation sent to you by post or email.

Please note all major credit cards can be used through PayPal and payment can also be made by electronic transfer or by cheque made payable to Cadland Properties Limited.

If reservations are made more than eight weeks before the holiday start date only the deposit of £100 is payable. The outstanding balance should then be paid eight weeks before the holiday start date (no reminder is sent). Alternatively, if the booking is made less than eight weeks before the holiday start date, the entire holiday cost should be paid to Cadland Properties Limited with the completed booking form. Payments can be made by cheque, internet banking transfer or PayPal. VAT is not applicable.
