Lincolnshire has a wide range of attractions and the cottage is ideally placed to access these.

From the cathedral and historic quarter of Lincoln, through to the coast and the beauty of the Wolds, all are within a 30 minute drive.

The village is in a lovely rural location and there are many walks available from right outside the front door.

A ten minute car journey away is the quaint town of Market Rasen, which has a large supermarket, lovely tearooms and the famous Market Rasen racecourse.
